Are discounts available to electricians and trade customers?
Absolutely! We offer competitive trade discounts across our range of EV chargers, charging cables and accessories for electricians, installers, builders and commercial customers.
What order size can you handle?
We can handle orders of all sizes, from a single EV charger to bulk orders of hundreds of chargers, cables and accessories for residential developments, workplaces and commercial projects.
Is there a fixed trade discount rate?
No, trade discounts depend on the products selected, quantities required and total order value. Larger orders may qualify for greater discounts.

Is there a minimum spend to qualify for trade pricing?
To qualify for a trade discount, the total order value must be $800 or more. For orders below $800, please purchase directly through our website.
Who qualifies for trade pricing?
Eligible customers include licensed electricians, EV charger installers, electrical contractors, builders, developers, property managers, fleet operators and other businesses with a valid ABN.
Shipping & Delivery
Where are items shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from warehouses located in Australia, with delivery available Australia-wide.
What are the shipping charges?
For most trade orders, a flat shipping fee of $50 applies. Shipping costs for unusually large or bulky orders may vary.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Trade orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability and order quantities.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy for trade customers?
Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee may apply to returned trade orders. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Do your EV chargers and accessories come with a warranty?
Yes, our EV chargers, charging cables and accessories include manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods and conditions vary by product, with details available on the relevant product pages. All products are also covered by applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
